- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 large eggs
- 4 oz. chocolate (your favorite type of, I used dark chocolate)
- 9 inches graham cracker crust (You can buy one pre-made or just mix about 2 cups of crushed graham crackers with 6 tablespoons of melted butter and press into a pie pan.)

I used digestives for the base and worked out just as well. Unfortunately the family didn't like the chestnut cream filling and found it too squidgy and now I have to eat the entire pie myself. Maybe you could try to use less cream.
