it turned out great! i am a sucker gor garlic, so I added teoinced cloves to the mixture. Everything was prepped and cooked within fifteen minutes. this was delicious. mussels were perfect.

this was just OK. there really was not enough "broth" for all the servings and it's seasoning was a bit bland for my taste. good idea but needs more.
