I had some sweet potato's in the frig so diced them up in small pieces and added when I put in mushrooms to the saute pan....nice touch and gave more taste to loaf...

Rice was still crunchy. How do you avoid that? As I love the strong flavours of mushroom and spinach.

Wasn’t a fan of the taste. Mushroom, spinach, eggs are quite strong,
. It needs some additional flavor to cut the taste.

Used lovage instead, was nice but not super filling. Probably best as side dish.
