Really yummy and simple. I stirred some fresh spinach through for a little more colour and a different texture, and just warmed through halved cherry tomatoes to the top of the pan to finish up.

So easy to make although I did add slightly more mushrooms and used thyme as I didn’t have any rosemary but it was delicious as a meal but I also think if it was for a larger group of people as a side would also be good. I’ll definitely be making it again it’s packed full of flavour

I thought that this dish was really simple to do and all my family throughly enjoyed it. I will definately be making this again.
