“Best soup I’ve ever made” per Emily. Used dried parsley because that’s all we had on hand and it worked well.

Loved it!! Made it just as described. Was skeptical about ham verses chicken but it was better than expected.

deliciously easy. Quick meal with leftover ham or chicken, or just about any meat.

I actually left the ham out and used bacon. A really good basic recipe that can inspire many versions. Will use it again for sure!
