- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 bunch greens (sliced into ribbons, Swiss chard was available, so I used that)

- 1 shallots (large, sliced into thin strips)
- 1 clove elephant garlic (cut into thin strips)
- 1.5 oz. marsala
- 4 Tbsp. pancetta (cut into tiny little cubes)
