Fantastic. I used wheel shaped pasta instead and that caught the ricotta nicely. Was a bit more generous with the garlic too. spectacular dish.

The recipe came out a bit bland. I wanted to try something different from spaghetti and Alfredo pasta dish. This was definitely on the healthy side. I only enjoyed it because of the spinach and mushrooms.

The ricotta was a little overpowering and bland out the mushrooms and garlic. I added seasoned steak pieces to it and even still couldn’t taste anything but the ricotta. Don’t get me wrong, it was good, but I think next time I will try either using less or a different cheese.

This was absolutely perfect and so tasty despite the small amount of ingredients! LOVED IT!

It was excellent. i added diced linguica and cream. i made a mock alfredo sauce with the butter, ricotta, garlic salt, and half and half. I kept the rest of the recipee the same. it came out incredible.
