  • 28 oz. artichoke hearts (quartered, drained)
  • 4 sundried tomatoes in oil (plus 1 tablespoon of oil from jar)
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
  • vegan mayonnaise
  • low fat crumbled feta cheese
  • cheese slices (Provolone)
  • sprouts (fresh)
