It had no real flavor (I ended up adding garlic and soy sauce) and it was like a ragu, very soupy. I didn’t even add extra broth. 😢

Make sure your boullion paste is dissolved in the water (if you choose that form of broth), otherwise the whole batch of noodles won't have any flavour! Cooked up quick.

Easy recipe, but a little bland for my tastes. I added garlic, oregano, and chilli flakes, which helped.

I used chicken broth instead of vegetable, because that's what I had, and added minced garlic, smoked paprika, a Tuscan style spice blend, and a generous amount of roasted red pepper spread for depth and interest, then topped the whole thing with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.

this really is a 5 star for us, but i can't get to the other stars to mark them. really good! i added italian sausage and a small can of tomato paste. really delicious.

I added sundried tomatoes, hot pepper and grated cheese. It was great. I'll add additional seasoning next time. This is a quick and delicious dish.

Awesome and savory and so easy! I ate the whole thing for dinner on my own - saving only a little for the next day for lunch!

Make sure the moisture is out of the zucchini before preparing. Turned out great though! Just added in some pasta sauce at the end.

A great healthy recipe that my family really enjoyed. I'd probably add a little less stock next time.

I added salt/liquid aminos, bean sprouts and chopped cilantro/scallions on top. Oh and white pepper for a kick!
