    This was very simple and delicious! I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream to make this recipe a little healthier and higher protein. I also added some baby spinach and kale while the mixture was simmering, just to bulk up the nutrition a bit. Great recipe!

    Turned out lovely! I had never made any sort of stroganoff before and was surprised how easy this recipe was so thank you! One query, I don’t know if I missed it but I couldn’t see when to add the stock, I presumed it was before the sour creme? Anyway, it was tasty and I’ll definitely be making it again.

    It turned out very well! I made a double batch and there are maybe two servings left. I added some vermouth as it was finishing. Delish!!

    DELICIOUS!! Did not have sour cream so i used flour and milk!
    I made it with rice and added some sweet peppers, absolutely delicious. And I'm not big on veggie foods but I loved it

    I made this twice, second time with chives & thyme instead of the smoked paprika, and crème fraiche instead of the sour cream, I liked it a lot more the second time around 😊

    This was a really easy dish to make!! I seasoned with umami. Didn’t have veggie stock so I used chicken stock! I liked it!!👍

    Gorgeous! So much flavour and tasted just as it has in restaurants when I’ve had mushroom stroganoff! Definitely making again... probably next week!
