    This was my first try on it, and it was a tad too lemony. But pretty good otherwise

    Mine turned out a bit watery because of the amount of moisture released by the mushrooms. I probably should have simmered it a bit longer to reduce down.

    Very tasty and simoke but needed something more. Maybe some peppers or potatoes.
