Very tasty indeed. I added two fresh chilies for a kick the second time I made this and really worked well. Highly recommended 😋

Added a little butter when I added mushroom to enhance the flavour. Also will try with chicken stock next time

This was SO good! I added fresh thyme when cooking the mushrooms and onions and added about 2 tsp of Worstershire sauce. I served it over bowtie pasta with a side of steamed asparagus. Will definitely make it again

Needs more paprika and a pinch of dill, I think, but other than being a wee bit bland, it’s quick and tasty.

This was my first try on it, and it was a tad too lemony. But pretty good otherwise

Mine turned out a bit watery because of the amount of moisture released by the mushrooms. I probably should have simmered it a bit longer to reduce down.
