I doubled recipe, used leek instead of onion, added plain yogurt and pureed all. Delicious and quick and easy. thanks for the basic recipe.

Super easy to make! Ended up blending the whole batch. Added a little extra wine, and added garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper for added flavor! Excellent with sour cream

I put everything in my cooking blender and set it for smooth soup, and it turned out delicious. I used no salt added chicken stock.

It was very good! Blended the whole batch prefer the smooth texture and will make a bigger batch next time.
