I like very creamy sauce so I doubled the condensed mushroom soup. It turned out super delicious. The potato also needed more cooking so I think it would be better to boil the potato first.

Had great luck following this recipe. It was easy and in the end very tasty. Next time, I will sauté onions a bit longer. The potatoes turned out perfect! I adjusted milk, to 1 cup because I wanted a thicker sauce.

Yumm! I loved this recipe! After the additional time in the oven for the potatoes I put the chops back into the oven with the mixture a couple minutes to keep everything the same temperature.
