So much better than I expected! It took only 17-20 min for the dish to cook, so I would advise that checking it every 5-10 min. At the end I also added some truffle oil.

I made it with shiitaki mushrooms and it tasted great. Very easy to make. Had this a Yummly halibut capers recipe.

Nourrissant et facile à faire mais manque de goût. J'ai ajouté de la levure alimentaire et du tofu sel et poivre et sauce soya.

my boyfriend, who claims to have hated mushrooms, loved this! making again for us next week. i did chop the mushrooms up fairly small (to not shock a non mushroom lover) and added a little dash of garlic salt at the end. mixed in some marinated grilled chicken and was a success!
