Not bad a little on the dry side. Maybe I needed more olive oil. Did add walnuts which was a delicious touch.

This was a great recipe! I like pasta dishes with not heavy sauces so I loved to make one with an olive oil sauce. The raviolis toasted up perfectly and were so crispy! I can’t wait to have this again. I wish we had leftovers! It was way too good though!

We loved it, but I think we will double the veggies next time. It felt a little unbalanced in the ravioli to vaggie ratio. Excellent meal though!!

Fantastic user quality mushroom ravioli with a mix of fresh and dried mushrooms in the “sauce” Will make again perfect light lunch with a salad

Was very good. Quick and easy to make I had a partial bag of spinach I needed to use I did add a few diced spears of asparagus also

This was really good, I use fresh spinach and baby portabellos.
Also added at a 1/4 cup of finely ground parm to it, at the end.
My wife said it was the best dinner ever! LOL.
