    Was very good. Quick and easy to make I had a partial bad of spinach I needed to use I did add a few diced spears of asparagus also

    This was really good, I use fresh spinach and baby portabellos. Also added at a 1/4 cup of finely ground parm to it, at the end. My wife said it was the best dinner ever! LOL.
