  • 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. tamari (gluten free, organic if possible)
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (certified gluten free is necessary)
  • 1 cup cooked green (De Puy lentils)
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 1 red onion (medium, very thinly sliced)
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. fine grain sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. water (or more as needed)
