- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. tamari (gluten free, organic if possible)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. flax seeds
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (certified gluten free is necessary)
- 1 cup cooked green (De Puy lentils)
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley
- 1 red onion (medium, very thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (soaked overnight)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
- 1/2 tsp. fine grain sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. water (or more as needed)
