Totally yummy, with fork tender pork chops. Have made it many times, pretty much always with mashed potatoes. If I have them on hand, I use fresh mushrooms, sautéing them in a bit of butter in the same pan I sear the chops in.

My family loved these - even my picky eater! I used gluten free panko instead of bread crumbs and fried in coconut oil
