    Made this with a few variations. Used spinach instead of arugula and added chicken for a protein. The whole family loved it. Will definitely make this again.

    You have to be patient and cook for a long time to get the carmelized cheese on the gnocchi and mushrooms. I added the arugula too soon and didn’t get the effect I wanted, but it tasted great.
