- 1 cup pasta (reserved, cooking water)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil (divided,, 2T plus 1T)
- 4 cups cremini mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 fresh rosemary (Tablspoon minced)
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme (minced)
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp. shoyu
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 onion (small, minced, 1/3 cup)
- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 4 Tbsp. white wine
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk (I recommend not subbing w. another non dairy milk)
