- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- salt

Directions
- Slice the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a hot pan with some olive oil. Stir occasionally.
- Meanwhile drizzle some olive oil on the bread slices, toast or grill on both sides until golden.
- Rub the surface of the bread with the garlic cloves.
