It was delicious. I did add a full can of tomato paste because I hate wasting the rest of the can and I like the taste of it. I also used mushrooms from a jar and substituted vegetable broth for the mushroom liquid because that's all I had on hand. I added Quorr meatless crumbles and served it over angel hair pasta with Texas toast. It was a hit with my husband. The most time-consuming task was dicing the carrot. Made a large pot of sauce.
