Wow. By far the best stuffed pork I have made. I love the taste of this and the mustard on the outside is a great added touch. I did change a few things when I cooked this. I added onions to the stuffing mixture. I also cooked them im the same pan as the bacon while also using the bacon grease. Cooking time was a little off for me. Maybe it was the size of my pork. As long as you get to that 160 degrees you should be fine. No dout I will be making this again.
