In addition to the shiitake mushrooms, I added a mushroom medley. I loved the toasted walnuts. The overall flavors and textures of this dish were special. I would definitely make it again!

This salad was better than good! I cannot WAIT to make it again. I use bass mic reduction because that’s what I had on hand and I used a medley of wild mushrooms because... why not. Delish!

Great!! Had to use pine nuts and dry blue berries instead of walnuts and cranberries. Delicious.

This was delicious. I will definitely make it again. I cut the recipe in half, added some avocado on the side and made a meal out of it. Would be a nice side with some steak, heartier fish or squash.

This was such a fast and easy meal to make! We broiled salmon in addition seasoned with a little salt/pepper and balsamic! Totally prep & cook time was well under 20 mins!
