- 2 pears (large)
- 200 mL red wine (3/4 cup + 1tbs fruity)

- 10 grams ginger (4 x 1cm cubes crystalised)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
- 1 strip orange peel (2cm wide x 4cm long)
- 300 mL cream (whipped or double, heavy)
