- 1 Tbsp. cream
- fresh coriander (leaves, for garnish, optional)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper corns
- 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 1 inch canela
- 4 cloves
- 2 pods cardamom (Elaichi)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- 4 tsp. curd
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala
- 1/4 tsp. tandoori masala (powder, I used it in marinating the chicken only, optional)
- salt (to taste)
