- 1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 3 tomatoes
- salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 carrot (large, steamed)
- 1 large potato (steamed)
- 1 sweet potato (small, steamed)
- 1/4 packet beans (frozen, steamed)
- 1/4 cauliflower (steamed)
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1/2 lemon
- raisins

Directions
- Fry onion, add salt, garlic, cook another minute, add curry powder.
- Add tomatoes, cook well. Salt.
- Add 1/.4 cup water and cook until reduced about 5 minutes.
- Add other vegetables and raisins. Pour over cocnut cream and lemon juice and stir to combine.
- Serve with rice.
