I love fresh bread. This was easy, tasty and healthy. I used Bob’s Red Mill gluten free all purpose for 1 cup so I added 1 tsp of xanthan gum. I’m looking forward to playing with other combinations such as hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, teff and herbs. Thank you.
