This recipe was quite good except I felt it was a little heavy on the pepper and Baharat spices. Next time I will cut both measures by 50%. Also, rather than pounds (because I don’t have a scale) I used two large Vidalia onions and next time I’ll use three. I usually don’t add lamb to my Mujadarra and it was a lovely addition to the flavors.
