- 1/2 cup green olives (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup black olives (finely chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup bell peppers (canned, chopped)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano (ground)
- 1/2 lime
- 1 baguette
- 250 grams mortadella (thinly sliced)
- 250 grams salami (sliced)
- 200 grams fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced)
- lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato (coarsely chopped)

Directions
- One day before assembling the muffuletta, mix all the ingredients for the dressing. Cover and refrigerate.
- 2 hours before serving the muffuletta, cut the baguette open. Remove some of the inside and spread half of the dressing on the inside. Add the mortadella, salami, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and the rest of the dressing. Serve.
