Great. I double up on the recipe and put them in the freezer. It'll last me 2 to 4 weeks. Change the ingredients often on. Love them

In my opinion, these are easier to make and share then actually making an omelet. I really like this recipe and I've used it twice in which my family enjoys them too. I personally do not use heavy cream (because I never have any!:) in which they came out tasting fine. What a tasty, quick, and easy recipe!
