- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (lea & perrins)
- 1 green bell pepper (medium, diced)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped fine)
- 2 cups long grain rice (converted)
- 1 bunch green onions (sliced thin)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 1 can low sodium beef broth (14.5 oz)
- 1 can low sodium chicken broth (14.5 oz)
- 4 oz. water (or as needed)
- 2 tsp. seasoning (Slap yo Mama, or your favorite spice to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. sage (if you like sage as I do)
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 1/2 cups chopped flat leaf parsley (fresh)
