- 2 cups apple sauce (homemade, 3 large Bramley apples cut in to 1/4 inch cubes)
- 1 tsp. date paste (OPTIONAL)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 cup water (to hand)
- 1 tsp. coconut oil (or grass-fed butter)
- 1/2 cup almond flour (Also suitable: almond meal/ ground almonds)
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup seeds (mixed, or nuts, Pulsed in a blender: Almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseed)
- 1/4 cup coconut palm sugar
- 1 handful dried cranberries (OPTIONAL)
- 2 Tbsp. grass-fed butter (or coconut oil)
- 1 Tbsp. raw honey
- 400 mL almond milk (or any nut milk)
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca flour (to thicken)
