Fantastic! I used Classico brand pesto. I get asked to make this often. Sometimes I shred my chicken afterwards and make pulled chicken sandwiches. My teens love it!

it was good and liked by all

Loved it! But reduced the time to 4 hours on low. Added sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms and served over pasta roni. Sauce is a broth, next time I will reduce the amount of broth to get a less 'soupy' result. Flavor is awesome!

delicious and easy I will make it again 😊

So easy, so tasty! I made some linguine noodles, put the chicken on top and scooped some juice from the crockpot and poured over the noodle - so delicious!

I think this is my first review ever, but I had to say how pleased I was with this recipe. The best part was that I did it all in the Instant Pot. I only used one stick of butter and did salt and pepper the chicken before adding it to the pot. The chicken was moist and juicy. I served it over pasta and everyone enjoyed it.

This was delicious! I used a 1/2 stick of butter less and I garnished it with sun dried tomatoes. It was magnificent!!! 😘👌 next time, I’ll try it with 1 cup of chicken broth to make the sauce a little thicker

Delicious! We ate it over spaghetti noodles. Stored it together in the fridge & it was even better the next day! Will make this again.

It turned out great! I also added mushrooms and additional seasonings to the chicken! Would’ve liked the sauce a little thicker but overall great.

i felt it was okay. a little bland it needed more salt and if i make it again i would either add noodles to soak up the juices or use like half a cup of broth instead. i felt the broth took away from the pesto flavor. also it turned out a bit dry so next time i may try baking it instead.

>Delicious! & so easy!! Because of reading previous reviews, I did not add the mozzarella into the crockpot. I placed the finished chicken into a casserole dish with a cover, added the cheese, covered & microwaved several minutes until the cheese was perfectly melted. I also made pasta al dante & used a bit of the very excess liquid to season it (meh). >The chicken was delicious and moist. I did (as always, no matter the dish or recipe) season the chicken with salt and pepper. >I will certainly make this again! **I will use less broth. *I will use my alfredo sauce with the pasta and this pesto chicken will replace the grilled chicken in my chicken carbonara! It's perfect for it!!

Turned out great! I made this with potatoes, onions, and carrots - the only thing I will do different next time is not use as much broth

I actually made it into a pizza! I cooked the chicken using the ingredients listed but just put it in the oven on 250 for an hour. Used some of the sauce and added flour to make a paste that I cooked for just a few minutes then added some chicken broth to make it to a saucy consistency. Meanwhile I cooked about 4 slices of bacon (with all the fat cut off) and 3 fresh chopped mushrooms in a tablespoon of butter. Mixed the cut up chicken in with the bacon & mushrooms. Used a Mama Marys pizza crust, put my sauce on, my meat mixture and covered it in fresh grated mozzarella cheese. Baked at 425 for 10 minutes. Yummy!! I only needed 1/2 the ingredients for one medium pizza
