- 8 pepperoni slices (or more, depending on how big they are and how much you want on.)
- 4 slices mozzarella
- 1 egg white (beaten)
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt (and sugar)
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning (oregano)

I had my two teens make this for dinner, I figured it was a good recipe to have them make. Came out perfect! To simplify it a bit I had them use jarred spaghetti sauce.
