Definitely will make this again for the family. Sweet and spicy. Used meatloaf mix instead of ground beef and a bit more cayenne pepper.

It always turns out very well everytime i make it. My husband requests it frequently.

It was Yummly! Thank you for the great recipe. I did use some hot chilli paste in the glaze and jalapeños in the meatloaf. Really good recipe.

This was AMAZING! Talk about adding a variety to a classic; this definitely surpassed my expectations. Some modifications I added:
1. I did not have red wine vinegar, so I substituted balsamic vinegar.
2. To balance the flavor of vinegar, and have more of a dense sauce, I put 0.5C of ketchup and 0.5C of tomato paste
3. I didn't have cayenne pepper, so I used red chili flakes.
I will admit, I did add variations to what sounded like a fabulous recipe, but I was not about to back down from making it with the majority of the ingredients I already had in house.

first time i ever made meat loaf and loved it. tastes like lasagna. i made this KETO style so i used sugar free ketchup and almond flour instead of bread crumbs

So delicious! Very juicy and didn't fall apart when I cut and served it! My daughter who has allergies loved it and so did my husband and I!! Thanks for this recipe!

Turned out moist and tasty! Requires no eggs! I didn't have red wine vinegar so substituted worcestershire sauce instead. Replaced fresh chopped garlic with chopped garlic in a jar. Used mozzerella in a loaf and cut it thin. Next time I will cut the mozzerella a bit thicker. Will definitely make it again.

Great recipe! I've made it 3 times with different cheeses, mozzarella, provolone and a shredded Italian cheeses blend. All were fantastic, but I think I liked the provolone cheese the best...I'm sure it would be fantastic with cheddar as well.

This is an awesome recipe. It takes a little time, but it is so easy. It has a great flavor. We forgot to add the Parmesan and it was still perfect. Will 100% be making this again.

Best meat loaf I'd ever tasted, I would defiantly make again and would recommend a go, and very easy to make, I made double size one and used some for sandwiches too.
