- 2 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese (or sliced smoked)
- 2 slices tomatoes
- 2 fresh basil leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise

Directions
- Top one bread slice with cheese, tomato and basil; top with remaining bread slice. Spread Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise on outside of sandwich.
- Cook sandwich in 8-inch nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium heat, turning once, 6 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
