- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 dash Worcester sauce
- 125 grams mozzarella (cut into 8)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- oil (for frying)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 200 mL vegetable stock (or boiling water with 1 veg stock cube)
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 600 grams carrot (and courgette, spiralized)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. pesto
- freshly grated Parmesan (to serve)
