- 1/2 cup hellmann' or best food real mayonnais
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and cayenne pepper in small bowl; reserve 1/2 for dipping. Combine breadcrumbs with parsley. Coat chicken with remaining mayonnaise mixture, then coat with bread crumbs. Arrange chicken on baking sheet.
- Bake chicken 12 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.

Good next text time i think I should cut the chicken in half or fourths. Other wise it was great it was not that spicy but it still had a little kik to it

I think the chicken could have cooked longer. In addition, it tasted bland and unseasoned. Not recommended. I'm giving it a few stars because it was easy and quick but eh, that's about it.

I should've gone with less cayenne pepper than recommended only because my wife is not big on spicy. but i liked it a lot!
