- 1 container sugar (HHL suggests 1/3 measure of Monk natural product sugar)
- 2 avocados (ripe, crushed until smooth)

It was very moist. I did tweet it a bit. I used a cup of ground oats for the flour and 1 cup coconut flour. I used 3/4 cup brown sugar and a cup of unsweetened applesauce. The rest was the same. I could have used 1 1/2 cups water since I didn’t use 3 cups flour. I also used coconut oil instead of olive oil. I used 1/2 cup cocoa powder and 3tbsp Brown sugar 2tbsp coconut oil and 1/4-1/2 cup water to make frosting. I cooked that on stove for a few minutes. It got nice an thick. I did not add any avocado as I was trying to cut down on fats. The cake was very moist. My husband loved it..
