    This is one of the most incredible dishes I’ve ever made! I’ve never made anything so involved as this, and while it took time, it wasn’t difficult at all. This was the first time I’ve made a bechamel sauce, and it was at first too thick, but I added milk, kept whisking, and was able to save it. The flavors of this dish marry perfectly. It’s supposed to be better on the second day, and I can’t wait to taste it again tomorrow. Here’s to adventures in cooking!

    It was yummy. I will make it again. I used ground lamb instead of ground beef, and Feta Cheese instead of Parmesan Cheese so it was less salty. Great recipe.

    Amazing and not that difficult! It was definitely time consuming and challenging, but so worth it!!
