  • 2 envelopes onion soup mix (i.e., Lipton)
  • 10.5 ounces cream of celery soup
  • 10.5 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 soup (cans' worth of water)
  • 6 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 5 cubes beef bouillon (see note)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground pepper (fresh)

    It was fantastic. The last 2 pot roast i made were tough. You could tare this roast with a spoon. No knives necessary. It also had great flavor. Will definitely make again soon. My husband and son loved it.

    This pot roast was the best that I've ever tasted. It was very flavorful, moist and melt in your mouth tender! This is officially my go to pot roast recipe.
