- 2 sweet potato (organic washed, yucky parts removed, not peeled, cut into large chunks)
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 398 mL chickpeas (1 regular size can ,rinsed and drained)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 cup baby spinach (organic)
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1/2 head lettuce (organic, washed, cut into bite-size chunks)
- 1/2 sweet pepper (organic ,washed, sliced)
- 1/4 English cucumber (organic, washed, sliced or cubed)
- 2 carrots (washed, sliced into strips using a peeler)
- 1 orange (juiced)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (raw)
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- black pepper (a pinch)
