What an incredible and delicious meal. This was really quick and easy to make and the flavor is powerful. I only used half of the olive oil because the meat would add a lot of oil as well. I didn't have the exact spices so I stuck to the basics of ground cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, and the harissa.
