Directions
- In small bowl, combine cumin, salt, black pepper, cinnamon and cayenne pepper; rub turkey with spice mixture inside and out.
- In a large-size slow cooker, combine garbanzos, tomatoes, onion, carrots and ginger; place turkey on top.
