- 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped or crushed)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or chilli)
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 400 grams chopped tomatoes
- 2 cans chickpeas (400 g each, /garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed well)
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 12 sun dried tomatoes (chopped into pieces, use a knife or scissors)
- 140 grams baby spinach
- 3 frozen spinach
- 750 mL vegetable stock (made with a veggie stock cube or premade)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (and some pepper, to taste)
- 1 handful fresh cilantro (or parsley leaves to serve)
