    Turned out great, although I cooked it at 400° for 45 minutes and it started to burn at 40 minutes. I ended up just scoping out all the flesh if the squash and adding it to the filling, then I served it over polenta. Just watch the squash and it'll be excellent. I also added a diced jalapeno because I needed to use it up and mixed spinach in to it.
