- 1 1/2 lb. ground lamb (lean, or if you prefer ground beef or even chicken)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (or parsley chopped, I use cilantro)
- 1 clove garlic (minced or grated)
- 1 tsp. lemon zest (fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. harissa (or 1/2 teaspoon cumin)
- pinches cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- 4 naan (homemade, or pita bread, for serving)
- 6 apricots (ripe, diced)
- 1/2 red onion (chopped)
- 1 red pepper (small, diced)
- 1 jalapeño (seeded + diced)
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup honey (I used closer to 1/3 cup)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pinches cayenne
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups feta cheese (crumbled)
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (or mint I used a mix)
- 2 Tbsp. salted pistachios (chopped)
- pinches crushed red pepper
