  • 1 clove garlic (minced or grated)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons harissa (or 1/2 teaspoon cumin)
  • pinches cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 naan (homemade, or pita bread, for serving)
  • 6 apricots (ripe, diced)
  • 1/2 red onion (chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (small, diced)
  • 1 jalapeño (seeded + diced)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup honey (I used closer to 1/3 cup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pinches cayenne
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cups feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (or mint I used a mix)
