Delicious and flavorful. I love quinoa but my husband and kids are not fans of it so I made this with white rice. It came out great.

I still don't love quinoa, but I'll say that this is the best quinoa I've had! Next time would add a squeeze of lemon and perhaps chopped scallions.

100% Delish 😋 I added steamed broccoli and cauliflower along with sautéed red onions, garlic, and red peppers. I also put a touch of butter in it. I served it as a side with Mediterranean Mahi Mahi. My family ❤️loved❤️ it.

We made it without the turmeric. Will make again and back off a little on the cayenne! Very flavorful!

Very easy to make. A good change of pace from plain quinoa. I cooked my quinoa and 1/2 cup coconut milk (unsweetened and unflavored) and 1/2 cup of chicken stock. When it was done, I added the other ingredients and wow! Very nice with lemon chicken and kale.

This recipe was very easy and the quinoa was flavorful. I used it as a base for a veggie bowl.

Surprisingly tasty! I added corn to add a bit of variety to both the texture and flavour.

We loved this dish. It was so simple to make and fast. I will definitely make this again. As a side not i might add a bit of garlic.
