- 2 Tbsp. fat (choice, I used bacon fat, but coconut oil or butter can also be used)
- 2 lb. pork (free range, ethically raised, stir fry meat)
- 2 Tbsp. chives (diced, or 1 small onion, diced)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1 lb. parsnips (peeled and chopped)
- 3 cups broccoli (chopped)
- 8 dried figs (cut into quarters and stems removed)
- 1 can green olives (organic, plus the juice, I used this brand)
- 1 cup bone broth
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (I recommend this kind)
- 8 mint leaves (large, diced or ripped into pieces)
- 2 cinnamon sticks
